l'invisible en friche / 2016
Between March and April 2016 I took part in a project in Bruxelles (Belgium), alongside 42 other people. It was set to take place in the former offices of a known record label, [PIAS]. An empty concrete giant will always test artistic ambitions. So, after 3 weeks of continuous work, the efforts of the participants payed off - with the opening of "Friche" (fr. uncultivated soil).
During the installation of my work (which happens to be hard to see at a first glance) I received great help from Léa Belooussovitch, Louis Darcel, Simon Delneuville, Isabelle Escande, Alix Hammond-Merchant, Julie Larrouy and Johnny Ripato, towards whom I remain deeply thankful.
As I have already written earlier, my work is not clearly defined. I chose not to underline which of these pieces actually belongs to me out of the desire to make the possible viewer associate whatever work he might see fit.
